My Story
From as young as I can remember I have always been running, swimming or training with my father in the gym environment, my passion for sports and fitness grew specifically into running where I represented Hampshire at X-Country and compete both Nationally and abroad in Antigua for the 800 meters at their National Champs.

In these early years I also studied Martial Arts allowing me to gain a black belt in Korean KickBoxing and Tae Kwon Do, which helped strengthen me mentally as an athlete within all my sports.

I also took on football, which I really enjoyed and played for a team that were able to be promoted to the Junior Premier League and although my technical ability wasn't as good as other teammates my fitness allowed me to be a challenging opponent and strong teammate.

My main focus now is on running, however during the winter season a gym fitness race called Hyrox was suggested to me as there was much running and gym exercises involved that I could do and 2 weeks later I raced and was able to get 4th in the U24 category which I was happy with but truly believe 4th is the worse position to get in any race, so I'm striving to do better next time.
My Qualifications

I studied at Andover College acquiring 3 BTECs in Sports and Exercise Science and was awarded the Sports Achievement Award whilst at the college. Alongside this college course, I started my Personal Training Qualifications and since leaving college have continued to acquire as much knowledge through courses:

Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification
Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Qualification
Performance Enhancement Specialist Qualification
Studying for my Nutritionist Qualification
Working towards advanced Weight Loss Specialist Qualification
FUN FACT: In 2018 I also qualified myself as a PADI Open Water diver which is a fun hobby of mine to do whilst on holiday, I only do this hobby on holiday as the cold waters of the UK don't appeal to me.
